A seasoned professional with over 25 years of public accounting experience, Frank specializes in business valuation, litigation support and general business consulting services to a variety of clients and industry groups.  He joined the firm in 2022 after moving to Delaware from Pennsylvania. 

Frank resides in Lewes and has two grown children, a cattle dog and two cats.  Outside of work Frank enjoys spending time with his family, working on his home, playing guitar and listening to music.
