J.P. is a highly knowledgeable and resourceful individual whose enthusiasm for his work is evident in the energy and focus he brings to every task. Known for his unique blend of humor and drive, J.P. approaches each day with efficiency and thoroughness.

From 2003 to 2012, J.P. worked as the Director of Administration, Marketing, and HR Solutions at PKS. After more than a decade in Florida, he returned to the Eastern Shore and rejoined the PKS team in 2025.

Originally from the area, J.P. is proud to call the Shore home again.  He resides in Selbyville with his wife, Patti, and their dalmatian, Valentine. He is a proud father to two sons—Camden, currently pursuing his studies at Virginia Tech, and Kellan, a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps—and an adoring grandfather to two grandchildren. Outside of work, J.P. enjoys listening to live music and spending time outdoors, and looks forward to reconnecting with his roots through sailing and hunting.
