Originally from Illinois, Jeff’s family moved to Maryland when he was sixteen. After graduation from the University of Maryland in 1979, Jeff began his career with Rowles & Company, LLP. He joined PKS in 1998 and became the firm’s Tax Partner in 2003. Jeff’s extensive experience coupled with his knowledge of tax law makes him an invaluable resource to any individual or business.

Jeff lives in Salisbury with his wife Leslie and two daughters, Katie and Kimberly. Outside of work Jeff enjoys cycling and is a big University of Maryland football and basketball fan.
