PKS & Company, P.A., is pleased to announce the appointment of J.P. DuBuque as its new Chief Operating Officer. With a distinguished career spanning organizational leadership, strategic management, and operational excellence, J.P. joins the firm’s dynamic leadership team to help guide PKS into its next chapter of growth and success.

As COO, Mr. DuBuque will oversee the firm’s operational functions, including administration, human resources, finance, marketing, and technology. He will work closely with the Firm’s existing operations team to develop scalable systems and processes that support the firm’s growth strategy and enhance client service across all practice areas.

Mr. DuBuque most recently served as COO at Rivero, Gordimer & Company, and held leadership roles as President/CEO of the St. Petersburg Area Economic Development Corporation and VP – Finance & Administration, and Interim President/CEO of the Tampa-Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation. From 2003 to 2012, he worked at PKS as Director of Administration, Marketing, and HR Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Mathematics from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from Salisbury University.
