PKS & Company, P.A., Certified Public Accountants and Advisors to Business is pleased to announce the promotion of Ashley M. Stern, MBA, CPA to the level of Manager.

This position requires that the employee demonstrate the ability to oversee accounting projects, supervise other staff and develop new client relationships.  Additionally, the employee must have thorough training and experience, and become expert at some specialized area of accounting.  In her 9th year with PKS, Ashley specializes in financial statement audits and related accounting and tax issues for individuals and businesses.  She supervises and performs audits of small to medium size businesses, governments and not-for-profit entities.  Ashley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

A graduate of Salisbury University, Ashley has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. She is extremely active in the community, currently serving as the audit committee chair of the Salisbury University Foundation, a member of the Salisbury Sunrise Rotary, a member of the SU Women’s Circle and a former board member of the Salisbury Jaycees.
