BE CONNECTED Focuses on Health

On Thursday, July 14th PKS & Company hosted another successful event in their Women’s Networking and Business Series, BE CONNECTED.  The event’s topic, How to Survive Your Desk Job: Nutrition for Your Body & Mind, drew a crowd of nearly 90 women.  The panel of speakers included: Veronica Correa, LCSW-C, Owner and Clinical Director at The Personal Wellness Center; Lynn Matava, The Country Tart, is a health and wellness motivator, real food educator, writer and presenter; and Courtney Moore, Co-Owner, Trainer and General Manager at Olympia Fitness Clubs.  While each speaker’s presentation was different, the overall message was clear – it is possible to be both the busiest and healthiest version of yourself by making small changes to your everyday routine.
